On the Street Where I Live…

What is it like, where you live? Is it quiet, bustling or something in-between?

I guess it’s pretty quiet where I live.Especially when one considers that the city of Sydney is little more than a half-hour’s drive from here.

There’s a mixture of grass and cement foot-paths. The feature common to all streets is trees. Some are exotics, but the trend is for natives such as Bottlebrush and Gums. This is a wonderful idea, especially when the beautiful western Australian Red-flowering Gums are chosen. I’m certain the native birds welcome the nectar-bearing flora.

So, here’s a picture of our front outlook the street.
