Clouds over the River

Cloudy sky over the river

Do you like to stop and reflect on the beauty of clouds?

I often find myself looking skywards, especially when I’m on the shore of the river.

Clouds fascinate me. There are so many beautiful textures, colours and forms.

I’m always looking for silver linings…

Every time I try to watch clouds I walk into lampposts or fall off the kerb. Stop trying to encourage me into bad habits.

You sound like a photographer. LoL 🙂 The clouds look…well, covered.

Makes me think of a famous artist Bob Ross who would have a 30 minute TV show on public TV and in that short time he would start and finish a beautiful painting. He would call his clouds happy little clouds. We sure miss him but his shows will live on to bless many. We just had our first real thunderstorm about 2 hours ago and had golf ball sized hail that may have damaged some cars. Glad ours was under a car port.

In Australia there’s an artist on television who also does a half-hour show and paints mostly outdoor scenes. It’s amazing how fast and simply he works!
Sorry about the hail storm. Not so long ago there was one in Sydney but fortunately the hail wasn’t big enough to damage cars. You’re lucky to have a car port. 🙂

I often take photos of clouds too. Love them! 🙂
