News flash!
My short story, ‘The One That Got Away’, has been ‘Highly Commended’ in the Hurstville Discovery Writers Group 2014 competition : part of the Hurstville City Council Festival of Community Arts.
The competition had been open to adult residents of Hurstville, Kogarah and Rockdale local government areas. For those unfamiliar, these councils are in suburban Sydney, N.S.W., Australia.
I’m thrilled!
