Flowers and Memories…

9 Oct

About a year ago, some very dear friends of ours were preparing to knock down and re-build. In the process, an old-fashioned, if somewhat over-run, garden was to become a casualty.

Ron and I were driving by and saw them in their front yard. We stopped to offer a few words of friendship.

As luck would have it, they were in a frame of mind to save whatever plants that had special virtue. And so it came to pass that we were offered some cuttings of a charming Pelargonium.

This is the result.

Delightful, isn’t it?

Pelargonium, with memories....
